Dry January Care Package Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The competition is organised by Nought Drinks.

  2. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Nought Drinks, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

    • Follow @NoughtDrinks on Instagram.
    • Like the competition post.
    • Tag two friends in the comments of the competition post.
      Each participant may only enter once. Multiple comments will not result in additional entries.

  4. Prize: The winner will receive a Dry January Care Package containing:

    • 1 x Botivo Apertivo 
    • 1 x Wilfred’s Aperitif
    • 1 x NON Stewed Cherry & Coffee AF wine
    • 1 x L.A Brewery English Blush
    • 4 x Below Brew Co beers
    • 2 x Steeper Culture sparkling tea infusions
    • 2 x Brink AF Cocktails 
    • 2 x Agua de Madre Pomegranate & Hibiscus Water Kefirs
    • 2 x Campervan Brewery Off Piste IPAs
    • 2 x Holos Kombucha Sodas
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  5. Competition Period: The competition opens on 1st January 2025 and closes on Friday 10th January 2025 at 11:59pm.

  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Saturday 11th January 2025 via Nought Drinks’ Instagram account. The winner will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner's UK address. Nought Drinks will cover delivery costs.

  8. Disqualification: Nought Drinks reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

  9. Liability: Nought Drinks accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

  10. Data Protection: Any personal data provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with Nought Drinks’ privacy policy.

  11. Modification or Cancellation: Nought Drinks reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.

  12. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
