Description

Botivo is a deeply refreshing, bittersweet aperitivo bursting with herbal and citrus notes. Hand-blended in small batches on Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire, Botivo takes over a year to make from start to finish, using only real ingredients. Sip it over ice with soda or sparkling water and a juicy wedge of orange for a perfectly balanced serve. Also delicious with tonic or other bubbles.
Tasting Notes

An invigorating base of well-aged apple cider vinegar infused with bright orange zest, fresh rosemary and thyme, finished with bittersweet notes of gentian, wormwood leaf, and organic wildflower honey.

Aged apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey, fructose, water, rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood, orange zest.

Raw and unpasteurised ACV so makes for a happy gut.
