For a refreshing serve, pour 50ml into a highball glass filled with ice, top up with Light Tonic, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and/or lemon peel.

A crisp blend of citrus and herbs, Pentire Adrift delivers fresh, herbaceous flavours. Zesty lemon citrus is complemented by earthy sage and rock samphire, with a touch of Cornish sea salt for a smooth, rounded finish. Clean, refreshing, and full of character.
