Tasting Notes

A crisp, tangy combination of pink grapefruit and lime, with subtle notes of salt enhancing the bright citrus flavours. Lightly sparkling.

Ingredients

Kefir culture fermented in filtered water, figs, organic cane sugar, lemons, ginger, pink grapefruit syrup, lime syrup, lemongrass extract, bacillus subtilis & Himalayan salt.

As with all live cultured and fermented foods, a small amount of naturally occurring alcohol is a lucky bi-product of the ferment. This beverage is under 0.5% ABV which is legally 'alcohol free'.
